Workshop application
This 4-inch plastic blast gate is designed for seamless integration with most woodworking dust extraction systems, ensuring better airflow and suction control. It pushes directly onto most machine outlets or dust extractor inlets for a secure fit, while the opposite side tapers from 98mm to 102mm to suit a 4" dust extraction hose using a hose clamp. By opening and closing individual dust lines, this gate prevents suction loss and increases airflow to the active machine. Ideal for multi-machine setups, it works effectively with Y-fittings or 3-way junctions to close off unused lines, improving overall dust collection efficiency. This fitting also fits nicely onto our clear 4" dust pipe.
