Harrison's Hardware 90-Day Returns Policy

At Harrison's Hardware, we offer an industry-leading 90-day returns policy to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we provide this generous returns policy for added peace of mind.

If you’re not completely happy with your item, we’ll gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

• Exceptions:

  • Certain Festool products are excluded as they are covered under Festool’s own returns policy.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) items cannot be returned if the original sealed packaging has been opened.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping items back to our store.

Your Options

Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose between:

• An exchange for another product, or
• A store credit or gift card for the value of the returned item(s).

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our 90-day returns policy is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a remedy (such as a refund, replacement, or repair) if a product is:

• Faulty,
• Not fit for purpose, or
• Not as described.

If your return is covered by ACL, we will gladly provide a resolution in accordance with the law, and shipping costs may also be reimbursed where applicable.
