Carnauba Polish is a fast-drying surface finish made with a rich blend of carnauba wax and beeswax. It’s soft and easy to apply, hardening quickly to produce a beautiful, hard, high sheen when buffed. As the final step in the 3 Step Waxing Process, it enhances the finish of waxed or oiled timber.
Used For
A finishing polish for waxed or oiled timber, also suitable for non-porous surfaces like metal, marble, slate, and concrete. It works great over chalk paint and Venetian plaster.
Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and previously waxed or oiled. Not recommended for raw timber.
Application
Apply sparingly with a clean, lint-free cloth in a circular motion. Buff the surface vigorously with a soft cloth or buffing pads between each coat. Use up to three coats, allowing 20-30 minutes between each.
Dry Time
Dries in 20 minutes when excess wax is removed.
Maintenance
Reapply as needed if the finish becomes dull or faded.
Clean Up
Use warm, soapy water for hands and cloths. For excess wax on timber, dampen a cloth with d-limonene or mineral turpentine.
