Workshop application

The BeaverCraft C16 Roughing Knife is a classic bench knife-style tool, designed for shaping wood, removing extra stock, and outlining forms. Its compact, straight-edged blade with a fine point is sturdy enough for heavier cuts yet precise enough to guide your work into form before adding details. The shorter blade of the C16 makes it feel more maneuverable, especially when working on medium-sized projects.

Made from high-carbon 1066 steel, the blade holds a sharp edge and stands up to both soft woods and harder species when properly maintained. The handle, crafted from smooth ash wood, is shaped to fit comfortably in your hand and reduce fatigue during long carving sessions.
