The KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig functions similarly to the KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig but features a wider clamp. This provides more support and stability, particularly for thin and flexible knife blades, ensuring an even bevel along the entire blade. It is also suitable for larger, more stable knives like chef’s knives.

Please note that the KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig is not compatible with the SVM-00 Small Knife Holder. Use the KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig for small knives instead.
